Earlier this month, adidas Originals launched its new range of running-inspired casual shoes - the ZX Flux.
The ZX range is known around the world as retro running shoes that turned into casual street kicks. They were really popular running shoes back in the 80s, and they're still popular now in the Originals line. With the ZX Flux, adidas made something totally new to the franchise (not just bringing back a retro silhouette), but still kept the DNA of the ZX running shoes.
What does that mean? Well, it's better explained in this behind-the-scenes video with the designers of the ZX Flux. It's cool to see what tools they use to design new shoes and how they get inspired by their heritage.
